Kim was paralyzed a number of years ago and recently was having some trouble with his medical bed. It had broken a number of times leaving his wife, Barb, to get up in the middle of the night to turn him so he doesn’t get bed sores and end up in the hospital. Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover the cost of a new bed. The community of Kim and Barb heard of this and went to raising funds to pay for a new medical bed. Dial 4 Seniors heard about what they were doing, and we were able to give $1,000 towards the bed.
