In our continued effort to deliver the best care possible to our valued community members, we have updated our temporary visitor restrictions. These changes are effective immediately at all Dial Senior Living communities.
- Only essential healthcare professionals, in good health, are allowed to enter the building. They have been instructed to go directly to the resident apartment they are visiting.
- To reduce the risk of infection to our seniors, all social visitors, including friends and family, are temporarily restricted from visiting our communities.
- Certain exceptions may be made in situations including end-of-life care.
We understand that these restrictions may pose an inconvenience to some families, however we are committed to keeping those who reside and work at our communities healthy. There is no higher priority to our Dial Senior Living family than the safety of our residents and we therefore remain dedicated to targeted, deep cleaning procedures and enhanced sanitation measures.
